ARNOLD is a state-of-the-art clinical event reporting system that speeds notification of critical information to healthcare providers.
Highly Configurable and Easy to Use
ARNOLD enables doctors, clinicians, and other medical staff to be alerted when certain criteria are met, e.g., results are ready, results are abnormal, results are out of the range, etc…. ARNOLD specifies the how and when they are contacted. An intuitive easy-to-use interface empowers users to personalize their alerts and clinical events of interests. Users can specify preferred method(s) of contact - including e-mail, pager, or other wireless device - and specify single or multiple methods of notification. Notifications are customized to the time of day, day of the week, priority level and/or other criteria as indicated in the subscriber’s ARNOLD profile. ARNOLD can even be configured to send alerts to “on-call” physicians when a recipient is unavailable, or send notifications to multiple individuals based on lab defined criteria. Individual events and rules can always be overridden with preferred contact methods for individual orders and special circumstances.

From pagers to cell phones, e-mail to fax, ARNOLD supports a broad spectrum of communication devices, keeping your physician clients fully abreast of critical, informative and other immediate “need to know” events.
Complete Audit Trail
ARNOLD stores a complete record of all notifications sent. This archive can be searched and sorted by date range and other criteria. Access to this notification history helps you provide an additional level of service to your customers.
The system is configured with the tools needed to comply with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements. Clinical event alerts sent to a recipient contain no patient health information. Alerts can be configured to include hyperlinks that allow users direct access to clinical reports through a secure website. ARNOLD supports 128-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication.
