To gain access to the system each user
is prompted to enter a User ID and Password.
The system is designed to allow multiple levels of access privileges, which are assigned and administered by the system administrator. For purposes of the Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA") this
function may be assumed by the organization’s privacy officer.
